Homes by Deltona hosted Keller Williams Atlantic Partners of St. Augustine agents Wednesday, February 13, 2019, for a Broker Breakfast. 23 Realtors began their day at Grand Ravine, Homes by Deltona’s Mediterranean style condominium community. On-site Sales Agent, David Huffstetler, welcomed them, and shared some of his in-depth knowledge of the community. The Agents enjoyed Honey Lime Fruit Cups as they toured the “Sophie” model (1543 sf) and Grand Ravine’s two newest buildings, just recently completed. The realtors were impressed with Grand Ravine’s signature floor plan The Carla model (1932 sf) with the master down. They also liked the single first-floor Medelon (1613) and the second floor Alexandra (1856) with its own private elevator.
After touring Grand Ravine, the Agents proceeded to near-by San Savino, Homes by Deltona’s single-family home community conveniently located in the popular St. Augustine Shores neighborhood. The Keller Williams Realtors enthusiastically toured the Platinum Florence floor plan Sales Center (2275 sf) with its beautiful pool, hot tub and outdoor summer kitchen – many commented on the superior quality finishes. They were extremely impressed with the number of upgraded finishes that Homes by Deltona includes as standard features. Kristeen Carney, Vice President and Managing Broker of Homes by Deltona shared important aspects about San Savino and the St. Augustine Shores Community. The realtors enjoyed a full “Belgian Waffle Bar’ complete with all the toppings. Tony Solana was the happy recipient of a $50 Gift Card Drawing. The event was so successful that both Keller Williams and Homes by Deltona have decided to make these visits quarterly events!
