Our Sunny Hills community provides the perfect mix of that lovable small town feel alongside close proximity to some of Florida’s favorite local highlights. Nestled in Florida’s panhandle, this charming unincorporated community is a short drive from some of the Sunshine State’s best beaches along the Emerald Coast. Panama City and its coastline are located about 25 miles to the south, while the quaint town of Chipley is situated 18 miles to the north. Just past Panama City, you’ll find a favorite vacation spot for many local Floridians, the collection of beach towns along the famous Highway 30A. If you choose Sunny Hills as your next home, you’ll be able to quickly connect to friends and family via the Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport just a half an hour drive from this community. If you want to live in a peaceful, beautiful location and still be close to all the waterfront fun Florida has to offer, this community is the perfect place to call home.
There’s no shortage of things to do in the areas surrounding Sunny Hills. The Sunny Hills Golf & Country Club is one of the main attractions here. This old-style public course features 18 holes and has the perfect blend of playability and challenge. It’s located conveniently to our new community, making Sunny Hills a great spot for those who love golf. If you love your time on the water, this area offers plenty of opportunities for boating and fishing on its many lakes and ponds. There’s a public boat ramp nearby on Gap Lake. You’re also just a quick 45 minute drive from enjoying your day on Panama City Beach, and only a bit further from exploring the famous 30A beach towns like Rosemary Beach and Seaside.
