The agents arrived at Grand Ravine promptly at 9:30 and begin their tour of the communities Signature model, the Carla, located at 124 Canyon Trail. This spacious floor plan, with its stunning coastal d\u00e9cor, boasts 1,932 sq. ft., and features a ground floor master suite, a 2nd floor master suite, and a loft. After touring the Carla, the agents were curious to see the Alexandra, located at 140 Canyon Trail, which is a single level, open concept \u201cflat\u201d. After previewing the private residential elevators that serve the 2nd floor flats, several of the agents commented about the concrete block construction, tile roofs, and brick paver sidewalks before continuing the caravan to their next stop, San Savino. Upon their arrival at San Savino, Kristeen Carney, Managing Broker, welcomed them with a delicious Belgian Waffle Breakfast, catered by Caf\u00e9 Eleven. While everyone was eagerly filling their plates with waffles and all the trimmings, Kristeen talked about the move in ready homes currently available and provided a brief narrative about the upscale San Savino community. The agents participated in a drawing for a $50 door prize and Justin Petrucci was the lucky winner!
