The Grand Ravine Floor Plans
Grand Ravine is concrete block construction with a stucco finish. The exteriors are a Mediterranean style design finished with green built features that include a 50 year concrete barrel tile roof system, insulated garage doors, Low-E windows and natural gas tank-less hot water heaters. Exquisite interior finishes and superior construction complete the quality of Grand Ravine. With an emphasis on sound proofing, the second level floor system includes a cellulous insulation. Cellulous is an industry preferred green material which has a high R-factor and provides an excellent sound barrier between walls and floors.
Numerous standard features would be considered upgrades in other communities. Grand Ravine Standard Features include: granite countertops with bull nose edges and 42” upper cabinets in the kitchen, an appliance package which includes a washer and dryer, solid surface counter tops in the bathrooms, 5” trim and extended tile throughout the family room, foyer, kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room. There are nine floor plans from which to choose that range in square footage from 1,580 to 2,148. The creative floor plans offered include a town home design and a one level design. One can choose from: 2-3 Bedrooms; 2-3 Bathrooms plus a half bath; 1-2 car attached garage. The popular Carla Model features a first floor Master Bedroom. Homeowner’s dues are low and prices range from the mid $200s.
