The homes are all quality fiber reinforced concrete slab construction with full masonry stucco insulated block walls, energy efficient Low-E double pane windows and double pane sliding glass doors along with quality insulation creating an energy efficient home.
You will have your choice of any one of our spacious floor plans which range in living square footage from 1,572 to 1,729. The Citrus Springs floor plans all offer a 2-car garage, and an open layout. The various plans allow for anywhere from 3 to 4 bedrooms.
