Just past Panama City, you’ll find a favorite vacation spot for many local Floridians, the collection of beach towns along the famous Highway 30A. If you choose Sunny Hills as your next home, you’ll be able to quickly connect to friends and family via the Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport just a half an hour drive from this community. If you love your time on the water, this area offers plenty of opportunities for boating and fishing on its many lakes and ponds. There’s a public boat ramp nearby on Gap Lake. You’re also just a quick 45 minute drive from enjoying your day on Panama City Beach, and only a bit further from exploring the famous 30A beach towns like Rosemary Beach and Seaside.

Children of our Sunny Hills residents will be able to attend public schools in nearby Vernon and Chipley. These schools include Vernon Elementary School, Vernon Middle School and Vernon High School, as well as Kate M.
